La Corde à Linge is french for Laundry Line. This is our first fall dinner at the shop and it's headed by Kovic Prévost who most of you will recognize from behind the counter. It is a most fitting name as all of the ingredients used for this dinner are either grown within City Limits, produced by a neighbour (i.e. Siren's Call wine) or supplied to us from the Valley. It is the quintessential Locavore Dinner, think homemade squash ravioli and duck breast with roasted concorde grapes!
